Leadership Means Taking Responsibility

The BISON management team stands for clear decisions, short paths, and productive collaboration. For us, security of supply is not just a question of volume,

but also of reliability, forward-thinking action, and a partnership-based approach with our customers, partners, and employees.

“We founded BISON because we are convinced: Products as essential as disposable gloves belong in a local, controllable, fair, and responsible production.”

Hans-Christian Kämpfer, Managing Director and Co-Founder BISON Polymers

Hans-Christian brings many years of experience in executive management, strategy, purchasing, human resources, as well as M&A and finance.

In various roles – as Managing Director, CFO, consultant, and Operating Partner – he has successfully supported several buy-&-build strategies. He understands the opportunities and challenges of medium-sized companies both from an investment perspective and from operational implementation – combining strategic thinking with a hands-on entrepreneurial mentality.

Before his time as an entrepreneur, Hans-Christian worked for Siemens in New York (USA) and Munich in various leadership positions in finance and human resources, as well as for PricewaterhouseCoopers in Germany.

“What sets us apart? Short paths between idea and implementation. Our production is modern, extremely sustainable, and precise – and thus ready for current and future challenges.”

Konrad Henkel, CTO and Co-Founder BISON Polymers

Konrad is the initiator and co-founder of BISON. Even during his studies – Konrad studied mechanical and plant engineering – he became entrepreneurially active. He not only has ideas but puts them into practice with great commitment and perseverance. As part of BISON management, he is responsible for the production process and BISON technologies – with a focus on development, industrial manufacturing, process optimization, and quality assurance.

His aspiration: to combine modern technology with maximum process stability, product quality, and innovation – for reliable supply, Made in Germany.

“We approach gloves from the material to the application. Quality, availability, and responsibility go hand in hand. My goal is to develop solutions that reliably protect people and provide our partners with predictable supply chains.”

Sascha Schellenberg, Managing Director and Co-CEO BISON Polymers

Sascha Schellenberg is an entrepreneur with many years of experience in business development, product development, manufacturing, and sales & marketing, particularly in the e-commerce and DIY/non-food sectors.

As Co-CEO of BISON Polymers, he and his team are driving the development of high-performance, premium-quality nitrile disposable gloves, establishing scalable processes, and expanding partnerships with the medical, industrial, and retail sectors. Previously, he led a medium-sized branded goods manufacturer with around 180 employees in the consumer goods industry, where he implemented numerous growth initiatives. His goal: “We turn good ideas into robust products to ensure a reliable supply for our customers.”

Values We Live by

The BISON management stands for clarity, reliability, and the aspiration not only to manufacture nitrile disposable gloves but to continuously develop them with a view to sustainability, everyday practicality, and quality.

    • Sustainability, because we want to make our contribution
    • Customer proximity, because the best solutions arise through exchange
    • Innovation, because we utilize potentials
    • Quality, because our product is safety-relevant
    • Efficiency, because good processes create time for the essentials

These principles determine how we lead, make decisions, and work with partners.
