BISON Polymers introduced a new brand of Made in Germany industrial gloves at A+A, the world’s leading trade fair for occupational safety and health in Düsseldorf. As the first and only German manufacturer of nitrile disposable gloves, the company focuses on supply security, sustainability and fully independent production at its Siegen facility. This approach ensures stable supply chains and positions the company as a reliable partner even in times of crisis.
BISON Polymers is launching four new products under the name OMNIGUARD. Developed in the company’s in-house research and development department, the nitrile disposable gloves are designed for a wide range of industrial applications, from precision work to chemical protection.
“With OMNIGUARD, we offer nitrile disposable gloves in multiple thickness levels that are tailored for specialized tasks in industrial and chemical environments. Thanks to our local production in Siegen, we are the only German manufacturer able to guarantee a reliable and sustainable supply that remains stable even during challenging times and delivers the highest quality,” said Konrad Henkel, CTO and Co-Founder of BISON Polymers.
Billions of disposable gloves are used in Germany every year. Most of the global production takes place in Asia, particularly in Malaysia, China and Thailand. This dependence on Asian imports results in supply chain risks, long transport routes and significant CO2 emissions.
With the new OMNIGUARD product line, BISON Polymers is sending a clear signal in favor of reshoring industrial production to Germany. The company shows that quality, sustainability and economic viability can work together successfully in the personal protective equipment market.
By combining technological expertise, regional value creation and strong innovative capabilities, BISON Polymers strengthens the independence of the European market and helps ensure that workplace safety in the future carries a meaningful Made in Germany signature.
